the chatroom
three years ago, the paper angels had an idea for a chatroom for hogwarts students to be created. faster than using owls, students can talk to one another in a similar fashion to muggle instant messaging. the spell Instant Nuntius allows a handheld magical device like a muggle laptop to appear. these devices ONLY work for the chatroom. also, only hogwarts students and staff may use this feature.
