REINCARNATION, PAPER ANGELS AND WICKED WANDS

one, the paper angels are a group created just after the second wizard world when hogwarts reopened. the original goal was for the group to create spells that would change the wizarding world for the better. however, now they only deal specifically with reincarnation. the group brings back one person per month, and on average, they make a mistake one out of two times. the group is led by victoire weasley.

two, the reincarnation process is in three steps. the first, is a spell which will bring the person back. all that is required is a name, and magic. the body is created of magic, meaning it is a powerful spell that cannot be completed with any less than five people. the spell requires the perfect amount of magic. too little, and a reincarnation will either not work, or come out wrong. two much, and you may bring more than one person back. an example of the first thing is salazar slytherin returning in female form. an example of the second is tom riddle returning at all.

three, the second step of the reincarnation process is a complete wipe of the person's memory. simple enough, they didn't even need to create the spell for this one. mistakes will not have their memory wiped, as the paper angels do not know of their existence. this is why tom riddle, salazar slytherin, ect still have memories while lily evans, james potter, ect do not.

four, the final step of the reincarnation process is a creative one. the members of the paper angels place a false memory inside the head of the person that has been brought back, explaining vaguely who they are. an example of this, is victoire weasley placing the fact that she is a member of the bones family in lily evans head. the reincarnations tend to create memories around this, all false, but they do not know this.

five, the wicked wands was created by marsallia black (salazar slytherin) and phoenix lestrange (tom riddle/lord voldemort) at first, the group was as one, with one goal in mind, take over the world, kill mudbloods, ect. however, marsallia and phoenix have different approaches that have split the group in two. both phoenix and marsallia are trying to hide that from one another, and both are oblivious to one another's movements against them.

six, people who are not a member of the paper angels, or the wicked wands, have no idea that either group exists. this includes reincarnations. it is essential to the paper angels that the reincarnations do not discover their existence, or their memory may flood back.

seven, the paper angels and wicked wands are aware of one another. the paper angels do not know the leaders of the wicked wands, meaning they do not know the identities of salzar and voldemort.
