Nora had a wonderful childhood, her parents were loving people, her older brother teased her but that's always expected of siblings. She went to school and had a completely average life until her eleventh birthday. She received a strange letter, claiming that she had been accepted into Hogwarts, a school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. At first they all assumed it was some sort of a joke, that is until one of the teachers showed up at her house to prove to them all that it was true.

From then on Nora's life was completely different, she was special, no longer just ordinary. Her family took it well, considering how strange it was for everyone. She bought all her supplies at a place called Diagon Alley, and left on the train to school. Before boarding the train she remembered crying hysterical, not wanting to leave her parents for such a long time. While they were concerned to be away from their daughter, they assured her all would be fine.

Upon arriving, Nora was sorted into Hufflepuff, although no knowing much about the Wizarding World she wasn't sure what all the houses truly meant. During her first year she learned many things, it was tough to learn a new way of life, but oddly it came naturally.

Nora has always been a very shy and soft spoken girl. She is the type to sit in the back of the class, not raise her hand even though she knows the answer. While she is quiet, she is very very loving. She is constantly concerned for everyone's well being. Being timid has held her back a bit, she doesn't have a huge amount of friends, she sort of blends into the crowd. Despite that, being a good person has giving her the best of friends, even though they are few. Nora is also a bit naive, being very innocent for her age.
