Darkness was beginning to surround the buildings of Knockturn Alley. And, since it was getting rather late, the streets were rather empty. Sure, there were a few passing stragglers, but that didn't mean the entire place was free of people. No, of course not. The Scarlett Letter was open. It was a known club with loud music, dancing, and only a few people. Yes, it was a happening place to those of youth, but it wasn't meant for just anyone. It was known for its underhanded transactions, use of dark magic, and manipulative ways. But - do to Hogwarts system of always needing to be at the school, not many students could actually make it there on a school night. What made tonight special? Well. Scorpius felt as though they needed to have some time off of the campus, to be free of the pressures their peers tended to push upon them. The Fallen Eyes were known for their attitude, pessimism, and tendencies filled with hatred. And they needed other places to be, without feeling so trapped within the walls. Plus - they needed to keep up appearances. Which basically meant that they needed to be "bad." Sneaking out of Hogwarts to go all the way to Knockturn Alley to party.. Well, that could definitely be some talk. Their gang didn't have an appointed "leader" but Scorpius felt that it was his duty to keep everything together. Mainly because he had nothing better to do. And, well, he wasn't sure why else. But there were sure to be more reasons.
But yes - that's where he was headed. He had mentioned to everyone that they'd be meeting there, in about in hour now. But, he wanted to be early so he could dance with some strangers. Get his blood flowing, you know? Beforehand, although, he had reserved one of the backrooms. No, not for anything personal. It was for all of them to chill out without needing to be bothered by the noise. The seven of them. However, he was given a note that Dahlia and Zahara's youngest sister wouldn't arriving until late. That didn't bother him much. Sure, he totally connected with her because she was most like him, but he wasn't going to force prompt times. Entering The Scarlett Letter, the energy and magic shot him in the face, washing over his body. Music, sweet aromas, and darkness seemed to cling to him as he continued into the club. The walls and such were black tonight, with plush furniture- all a lovely blood red. This was a place where he felt at home, honestly. It was homier than his own had ever been. But then again, the Malfoy mansion had always been cool, dark, and modern. Which meant all of the furniture was simplistic, sparse, and un-welcoming. They didn't like too many visitors at times, so they tried to convey that message. When they did want visitors, however, they would have a giant extravaganza where they would invite all of the Pureblood family friends-- to have boring music, expensive wine, and terrible wizard robes.
Actually, he didn't even grow up in the building- Sure, he slept there at times, or was left alone, but he tried not to. Either he'd invite random people over or go out. As an only child, he had always had a sense of solitude attached to him.. not something he had always wanted. So - the Goyles and Crabbes were his siblings, really. They each had one another, though. Scorp never had that. Sure. They were all uber close, but he was still on the outside, considering. Makenna and Christian were blood, something he would never have with either with them. Along with Dahlia, Zahara, Carlisle, and their younger sister. They were bonded by genetics. Really, he was jealous of that. But then, he wasn't because that meant he had no competition for his parents. However, that didn't matter much since they had always been far too busy for him anyhow. Various nannies would be in and out of the mansion to take care of him, until they were fed up with his monstrous ways. Eventually, his parents just stopped caring and let him do whatever he wanted. Which was their downfall into making him who is he is today. A player. So, he was at The Scarlett Letter to meet his pals. The people who knew him the most. Taking twenty minutes of dancing with the nearest gorgeous gal, he let himself be free. But as soon as those twenty minutes were up - he nodded and smirked toward her, heading off to the room in the back. She wasn't as amazing as he was hoping - so he figured he'd have a smoke at their table. Why not?

Having a meeting off campus, scheduled for after classes wasn't something Carlisle was looking forward to. Yes, he loved the idea of being able to leave campus when he wasn't supposed to, but he wanted to spend the afternoon and into the evening in the Quidditch Pitch. That's what a passion would do to you though. He was now captain of the Slytherin quidditch team and he was really living up to that name. It meant a lot to him, to be a leader for once. In the Fallen Eyes, Scorpius was the leader. At least, he looked at it that way and preferred it that way. Malfoy was a fine man, definitely having a lot of good things involving the wicked wands ahead of him.
Having changed into his normal clothes, it was quite easy to get down to Knockturn Alley. One perk of being older, was that he was a bit more experienced then most of the student's his age in the art of sneaking around. Though everything else about getting older and being a seventh year, annoyed him a bit. For one, he found that his quietness over the years developed into not wanting to do certain things. Carlisle was still a vile man. He found joy in torturing other student's, enjoyed the time he spent in detention, and of course, playing with gorgeous/innocent girl student's minds. Call him cruel but he liked it. Living on the edge and being an ass was fun.
Remembering that Scorpius had told him to meet both him and the rest of the crew in the Scarlet Letter, it wasn't hard to find. Before this very moment, Carlisle had no idea what the hell that place was. With the sound of the music light and barely even present in his ears, he could already guess. His eyes rested upon the magical club, causing him to feel a bit agitated. Car wasn't in the mood for dancing. When he wasn't in the mood for something, his temper risen. How could he be a Slytherin without a temper? Shaking his head, a loud huff left his lips. Placing his hands on the door handle, he pulled the door open and walked in. Immediately, everything was a bit louder. His eyes had to adjust a bit, watching some random strangers dancing, some just chilling. He knew who he was looking for right away though his bleach blonde hair couldn't be seen.
Furrowing his eyebrows, he just continued to walk. Pushing past a few people, the man at the bar gave a good look to him before pointing to the back room. Was it that easy to spot what his intentions were? Well with the music, Carlisle was a bit annoyed. He never liked meeting people that way, through dancing. It was why he stayed in the castle most of the time. Finding the right room in the back, he walked right in. A smile pushed across his face as he saw Scorpius already sitting at the table. " Hey there man" He said in a rather relaxed tone. Taking a seat at the table without another word.

All Makenna could think about was leaving this god forsaken school tonight. She needed a break, from the stupid people, and to be with her very best friends. The day had been going by so slow that she had become agitated, lashing out at the stupidest things. Though she did yell at people a lot, for dumb things, it was worse today; she new that if the clock didn't start going faster she just might be sent to the looney bin. Obviously, Makenna was not know for her patience, she was picturing all the fun she was going to have abd all the stress she was leaving behind, thinking this made it bearable to go though the day.
It was almost time to go, Makenna was sitting in her dormitory looking in the mirror; she could not for the life of her get her hair to sit perfectly. She sighed heavily and flipped her whole head upside down, flipping it back and feeling better about her hair. It was lying quite straight today, not her favorite look but it would do. She took one last look in the mirror and fled from the dungeons. The thrill of sneaking out was almost over taking her, she was shaking with excitement as she left the castle not looking back.
She was looking for the scarlet letter, it wasn't hard to find what with the loud nose coming through the shut doors. She sighed heavily and smiled as she pushed open the door, the nose almost pushing her hair back. This was what life should be like, crazy, loud, and fun. She looked around for a moment, knowing there was a place in the back for them. She wanted to check out the meat, there was plenty of it here. She saw a man catch her eye, she smiled sweetly as he made his way over to her. They started dancing back to front, this was just what she needed, she smiled as their body's where linked, making the same movements. Her head was filling with thoughts that ought not be there for she did not know this man. She stopped for a moment, then figured she did not really care that much and kept dancing.
To Makennas dismay the song ended almost as soon as it had started, she waved and she headed to where their spot was saved. She smiled as she saw Scorpious and Carlilse already there, "Hello boys!" she said smiling, this was bringing back so many memories for her, she could vividly see them at her house for her fathers party's. It sanded her to think what she was going to do without them after she left the school. She shook her head awaiting for the amazing time that was about to take place. This was defiantly her cup of tea.

christian was glad that he wasn't going to be stuck at hogwarts tonight. the plan scorpius had come up with was rather brilliant, catch the attention of the student body by sneaking out on a school night. and while chris wasn't thrilled that they were going to the scarlet letter, he was pretty excited that he was going to be part of the story that would be going around school tomorrow. everyone would be talking about the fallen eyes sneaking out and partying the night away. at least he would be able to get some firewhiskey from the scarlet letter. they weren't very particular with who they gave alcohol to, even if they were minors. the three broomsticks and the hogs head in hogsmeade would never give a fifteen year old alcohol. but the scarlet letter? well, he wouldn't be surprised if they would give an eleven year old a firewhiskey if said kid asked. it was a place where rebellious teenagers could drink and dance whenever they wanted. it was open every night, with the exception of christmas eve.
christian didn't like the club much. he wasn't a dancer, and he never actually drank enough alcohol to make himself drunk so he wouldn't care that he wasn't a dancer. he was awkward around strangers, boys and girls alike. not to mention, he really didn't stand out. girls didn't exactly flock around him wanting to dance. he usually just stood by the bar with a glass of firewhiskey, watching as his friends made total fools out of themselves by either getting pissed drunk, or flirting with the wrong person and getting hexed by their significant other. that was why he only went to the club when the fallen eyes wanted to; it wasn't his first choice to hang out.
chris was careful sneaking out of the school. if he got caught, then the professors would know something was going down that night, and they would be on watch. any of the fallen eyes who tried to get out afterwards would be screwed. he had floo powder in his pocket, and he used the secret passageway leading from the room of requirement to the hogshead to get into hogsmeade. the owner of the bar didn't mind slytherins coming through the cellar of his bar, he had been a former slytherin and enjoyed watching his former house keep to its antics. he made his way up the stairs with a quick nod to the bar owner, and headed towards the fire. he cleared his throat before throwing the powder in the dire and exclaiming, "KNOCKTURN ALLEY"
he was let out in the fireplace in borgin and burkes, and got out of that place as fast as possible. it gave him the creeps. he walked quickly up the alley, trying to avoid eye contact with the weird people on the street. the scarlet letter was almost vibrating with the volume of the music.
when christian entered, he realized he had no idea where they were meeting. he scanned the crowd, searching for one of his friends, any of them, and was about to give up when he realized his sister entering a back room. scorpius was smart, getting them a room. they could relax back there without the threat of being bothered. he walked across the dance floor, avoiding touching the dancing people as much as possible, and entered the room. so far, only his sister scorpius and carlisle had arrived. "hey." he said, shaking some soot out of his hair. he couldn't wait until he could just apparate places.

Knockturn alley. One of the foulest places Dahlia has ever been. Honestly, she hated it there. She was always so paranoid around that area. The people were nasty. The area altogether was just nasty. Now, she wasn't usually the jumpy type and a lot of things didn't scare her, but this place gave her the creeps. All she could imagine was someone grabbing her and doing whatever, whether it be kill her or just attack her, or worse. It was just one of the most God awful places and she couldn't believe she even came to it. If it weren't for the fact her friends were meeting up at a place down this alley, she wouldn't be there at all. She'd be far, far away from the dreadful place. It was a good thing she loved her friends, or else she'd say screw it and stay at school, where it was safe. Not to mention, they were sneaking out of school to do this. If they were to get caught, they'd be in so much trouble. She wasn't sure if she was up to that happening. She just needed to relax. She would not enjoy the time with her friends if all she did was worry.
Finally spotting the building they were all meeting at, she walked up to the door of it. It was hard not to find it, with all the music blasting from the closed doors. This was going to be interesting. So, she pulled open the doors and made her way into the building. The music blasted as soon as the doors were open and at first she flinched a bit, not used to the loud noises, but she soon got over it. She slowly closed the door behind her as her eyes scanned the place. There were so many people either dancing, if you wanted to call it that, or talking, or even doing their own thing. Whatever their own thing may be. She didn't want to even think about the possibilities. Dahlia moved quickly, but cautiously through the crowd, manuevering around many bodies. Her nose scrunched a bit when she noticed she was moving past a couple grinders. How disgusting. Really? Couldn't they save that for the bedroom or something? She turned her head away and sped up her pace to find her friends. She was not excited about being here.
Dahlia squinted her eyes when she thought she saw Christian entering into a room. The light shining on his face soon confirmed it and a rush of excitement moved through her. She would soon be out of this mess of people. Her pace was almost at a run once she found out where she had to go. When she reached the room, the safety of her friends was almost too inviting. She was glad to be away from the dirty people. A smile finally took place on her lips as she entered the room and glanced at who was already there. Scorpius, her brother Carlisle, Makenna and Christian. So, her sisters were the only ones missing. They would show soon, most likely. Either way, she was ready to have some fun and get over the fact she rubbed against random people who she found quite disgusting."Hello my beautiful friends. The best part of the evening has finally arrived, as you can see." She joked, striking some sort of cute pose. It didn't take long for her to start laughing at herself though. It wasn't an obnoxious laugh, but a light one just to show that she thought it was quite funny.

Most people assumed that the majority of Slytherin’s were all sick and twisted, that they all enjoyed causing others pain for their own pleasure. It wasn’t like that at all, sure she had a odd obsession for being the reason someone hurt, whether it was physically or mentally depending on her overall mood. Usually she was quite a reserved individual, she’d keep herself to herself and stay out of the way of other teenagers angst. Often she found getting in the way of other people, whether it was intended or not usually proved to cause a lot more drama. Fairly amusing to the sixth year especially since her life usually revolved around studying and keeping in touch with her close friends. Most of the time she was tucked away in the corner, but when she wasn’t tucked away she was usually hovering around her childhood friends. Yes, hovering. Zahara enjoyed being around them, it gave her the feeling that she was still human after her long hours off hiding away from the other people in the school. Everyone needed to be social everyday, and usually she did manage to talk to at least one person and that was enough for the second oldest. It was difficult to detect where she had got her reserved personality from, all she knew was that she happened to be the more unsocial individual of the fallen eyes.
Oh who are the fallen eyes? Well, they happened to be Zahara’s childhood friends. They had known each other for pretty much their whole life, give or take a few years of course, considering the group were different ages. They all got on fairly well, but it seemed that Zahara didn’t find herself particularly that close to anyone, sure she got along with them, but the fact she wasn’t one to socialize slightly threw people off and it often took her a while to let loose. Maybe she had a few things in common with the youngest Goyle, they were quite alike in a few ways. Both reasonably reserved and she just felt much closer to him than the others in their group. Speaking of her childhood friends, Zahara and her friends were all meeting at The Scarlett Letter. Being as mysterious as she was, she had no idea where it was and she hoped that it was somewhere were she wouldn’t get hassled by any strangers, somewhere that she could sink into her seat and disappear without getting questioned about her life and where she had been. Since she often got those questions she found them very irritating and avoided talking about herself, as she felt that it made her big headed and she defiantly didn’t want that.
Zahara liked to think she was dressed very casually, but she had stepped out of her comfort zone had decided to wear something that would attract the eye of strangers, rather than sink into the shadows. The tight ripped skinny jeans clung against her thighs and she found it difficult to maintain movement in the stylish jeans. Luckily for her she had picked a very lose white t-shirt with a short denim jacket and a fashionable scarf she wore loosely around her pale white neck. What went through her mind was what this place was where they were all meeting and if she was over dressed or under dressed. A small sigh left her lips as she ran a hand threw her wavy black hair. Walking through Knockturn Alley she easily located the place of their meeting, and the loud bass of the sound from inside didn’t really please her. This sort of scene wasn’t for her.
Entering through the door she fought through the crowd feeling her blood pulse wildly through her veins as she became more agitated with people bumping into her. Sure they were trying to enjoy themselves, but that was no need to bump shoulders with her, did they have any idea what she was capable of? All these would defiantly affect her mood with her friends when she found them, if she found them. Looking around the club she tried to locate at least one of them, or find some clue to where they were. If she couldn’t find them she wouldn’t stick around for long, but she’d have to search everywhere before she found a valid excuse to leave the wretched place. After searching the bar and the dance floor the only place she could really think of was the many back rooms that she could see from where she was stood. Once again she walked through the crowds, but this time she shoved anyone who touched her, even if they accidentally brushed up against her. Thankfully she didn’t have to search very far before she found her friends, and it seemed liked only herself and her little sister were missing from the group. Hopefully she hadn’t made them wait long for her arrival, like anyone would notice if she was there or not. Without saying anything she took her seat and took a few minutes to get comfortable before she announced her arrival, “Hey,”
