this bathroom is haunted by moaning myrtle, the ghost of a girl who was killed during tom riddle's time at hogwarts. this bathroom is generally empty due to the whining ghost who often rampages and creates a flood with her tears.

the second floor
like the first floor, the second floor of hogwarts is rather dull. the only room on the floor that is not empty is a girls bathroom, however it remains unused by most because of the irritating ghost who occupies it. the entrance to the chamber of secrets is located here
