Quick on his feet, smart and loyal to his friends and family, good thing he is in Ravenclaw but cockiness can over take him sometimes. When times are tough on him he can handle it maturely because his father leaving he sort of felt like he was the man of the house and it was his responsibility to care of his mother but his mother was having non of it, she wanted her son to be a great wizard. Only to people he knows Patrick can open up to them and express himself but when he has no one to go to he tends to go off for walks or find a place in the castle to hide in for awhile. He puts people's needs first before his, he wants to help people and to see them happy and that can be a down fall. Patrick has never really cared about himself that much making his self confidence low sometimes, but he finds things to build it up again.

He knows he hass a bit of his mother and father in him, is skill in magic and making friends and keeping them. Knowing what is good and wrong but he guesses that his Father was good at quidditch because there is a small cup with it saying Kyle Carter - Seeker, won quidditch house cup. The slacking out of class might be part of him or his father, but he knows they when there is trouble he never runs away, he faces it. Always being told to treat others as you like to be treated, never holds grudges and shows forgiveness and never believes in self-pity.

Born in Ireland in 2001, lives in a house near a forest and isolated from cities and villages. Lives with his Mother called Rachel who is the only family he has got, after the wizard war most of her family died and his father disappeared in 2002. A week before deatheaters came to kill his mother. Aurors came and destroyed them and from that day Patrick wanted to become an Auror so that his mother would be safe. The Dawn's have had a 50/50 of good and bad luck, the good luck is that his mother is a fantastic witch. Even thought she is scared of Patrick leaving the house to go to Hogwarts she knows it will be safe with Harry Potter around.

Time to time Patrick would go and find his father, looking through his old letters, books and finding his old friends. That fear of finding him to hear his father tell him that it is Patrick's fault that he left. Patrick knew he wasn't dead, not a wizard like his Father who was great or so what he is told from his mother when she talks about him like he went away for a few days and is coming back. If his father won't come back then Patrick is just going to have to find him and bring him home. After the defeat of Lord Voldemort, there are some Death eaters still lurking in the shadows, in darkness becoming stronger. That is all Patrick is surrounded by most days is his father on his mind or death eaters outside the school walls doing who knows what to people.

Patrick has even gone to see Mr. Potter himself a couple of times, sometimes when Patrick goes to see him, he feels more confident about himself and stronger. "Never cross to the darkness no matter how tempting it is to you" Harry would say to him. The more he went to see Harry the more he wanted to be like him, to be strong in himself and stand up for what he believes in. Years have past since he has been at hogwarts and the more he stays there the happier he is. His Auntie and Uncle who treat him with love and joy makes him feel lucky and shows him that there is good in the world, time to time Patrick would try to get information about his Father from his Uncle but when he does his Uncle seems uneasy.

Uncle Kyle would say good things and bad things about, how he was such a fantastic wizard, amazing at quidditch nd true to his friends but then would say how stubborn he could be, getting into fights when someone picks one, getting into trouble and nearly chucked out of school. His dad meeting his mom was the best thing that had happened to him. From there on Patrick knew what true love is.
